- Leading a high-performing development team
- Crafting and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to drive industry-leading performance
- Taking initiatives in the adoption of updated engineering technologies best practices at an enterprise level
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
- Proficiency in industry best practices for engineering excellence, including leading architectural discussions and mentoring
- Strong thought process to understand complex business domains and devise solutions to address critical gaps
- Experience in Agile method to successfully deliver complex solutions using the Scrum framework
- Strong stakeholders management
- Min. 8 years of hands-on experience in high-concurrency production environments
- Tech stack; Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React Native, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
