Project Coordinator

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in cloud migration and data center projects.
• Knowledge of AWS Public Cloud and application migration.
• Strong background in data center operations and decommissioning.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment with distributed teams.
• Experience managing projects in a mostly waterfall methodology.
• Excellent skills in execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a project around the execution and tracking of the data center closure and migration of applications to AWS Public Cloud.
• Work closely with a Technical Program Manager (TPM) based in Seattle and global teams to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BT application owners, storage, and cloud teams, to facilitate smooth migrations.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery in a mostly waterfall environment.
• Ensure alignment with migration strategy and roadmap, focusing on timely execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the migration process.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across global teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Oversee the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure and data center resources.
