IT Systems Engineer

The IT Service Enablement (ITSE) Team formed beginning of 2022 and since then is still evolving, driving the digital collaboration based currently on the Atlassian platform. ITSE Team supports Hapag-Lloyd IT Operations and agile-based solution delivery processes with tools including Jira and Confluence. Our main goals are to improve quality and support work for both internal and external customers. Highly proficient engineers are passionate about delivering the best customer experience and removing all the obstacles to achieve this by resolving all kind of issues. That’s why we need you! We are looking for a System Engineer that will be working on configuration and development of Atlassian products. You will be part of the team that is providing whole company with solutions and we promise that you’ll never have a dull moment.

•    Design, create and operate team-based technology solutions, based on the service and user requirements. 
•    Introduce new concepts and solutions utilizing IT technologies.
•    Ensure high availability, scalability, and capacity for delivered solutions.
•    Provide last-tier technical support for delivered solutions.
•    Verification and testing of solutions delivered by other team members
•    Continuous research and development of technological knowledge and practices for their business usage possibilities.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•    Good technical knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and their implementation in Agile-based operations.
•    Good problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to technical challenges
•    Comfortable with communicating in English.
•    High level of empathy and positive basic attitude
