Salary: 8,000 MAD - 10,000 MAD/month

Job Overview :
We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5+ years of experience in Web Design. This role requires collaboration with clients to understand their needs, create engaging sample sites, and ensure an optimal user experience.
This is a remote position offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to discuss requirements and finalize briefs.
- Produce sample sites and design prototypes to present concepts.
- Keep management updated on project progress and gather feedback.
- Conduct user journey research to optimize website design and functionality.
- Test website functionality and usability to ensure a seamless experience.
- Demonstrate draft sites to clients & management and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software, and accessibility standards.
- Advise clients on search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Design graphics, logos, and other digital assets for websites.
- Perform digital retouching and image editing as needed.
- Provide training and support after the website is launched.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in web design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
- Knowledge about Duda or WordPress.
- Experience with UI/UX design and user journey mapping.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
- Sense of artistry and visual harmony.
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and project updates.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Ability to speak English & French is required (German is additional)
- Portfolio is required
