Job Title: Remote Web Designer

Salary: 8,000 MAD - 10,000 MAD/month

Job Overview :

We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5+ years of experience in Web Design. This role requires collaboration with clients to understand their needs, create engaging sample sites, and ensure an optimal user experience.

This is a remote position offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet with clients to discuss requirements and finalize briefs.
• Produce sample sites and design prototypes to present concepts.
• Keep management updated on project progress and gather feedback.
• Conduct user journey research to optimize website design and functionality.
• Test website functionality and usability to ensure a seamless experience.
• Demonstrate draft sites to clients & management and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software, and accessibility standards.
• Advise clients on search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
• Design graphics, logos, and other digital assets for websites.
• Perform digital retouching and image editing as needed.
• Provide training and support after the website is launched.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 2 to 5+ years of professional experience in web design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
• Knowledge about Duda or WordPress.
• Experience with UI/UX design and user journey mapping.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
• Sense of artistry and visual harmony.
• Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and project updates.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Ability to speak English & French is required (German is additional)
• Portfolio is required
