FinTech Compliance

Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Starting at $100,000 USD per annum (Tax-Free)

We are seeking an experienced FinTech Examiner to join our client in Dubai supervising the rapidly evolving digital asset and blockchain sector.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, assessing licensing applications, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring developments within the financial technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess digital asset licensing applications and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform on-site and off-site supervision, risk evaluations, and audits of regulated entities.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting to senior management.

Candidate Profile: We're looking for candidates with:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services regulation, compliance, or related roles.

  • Degree in Finance, Law, Technology, or a related discipline.
