Job Description

The Performance Testing Engineer is responsible for identifying and resolving system bottlenecks through performance, load, and scalability testing. The role involves testing both front-end and back-end components, utilizing tools like JMeter, Cypress, and k6. The engineer will work with API testing, cloud services, and APM tools such as New Relic and Grafana while leveraging Git and GitHub Actions for automation. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to mentor others are essential.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing or QA, with proven ability to identify and resolve system bottlenecks. Key skills include expertise in performance, load, and scalability testing, proficiency in JavaScript-based testing tools like JMeter, Cypress, and k6, and strong API testing skills using REST or GraphQL.

• At least 2 YOE in k6

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), database performance (e.g., NoSQL like MongoDB), and APM tools (New Relic, Grafana, DataDog) is essential.
