ServiceNow SPM Consultant – Remote
We are looking for an experienced SNOW (SPM) Technical Expert to join our team! If you have a strong background in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and want to work on impactful projects, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow features, minimizing customizations.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to design, develop, and optimize solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow SPM implementations, including:
- Demand Management
- Project & Portfolio Management
- Resource Management
- Integrations with EAP and/or JIRA
- Optimize existing implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop enhancements identified during UAT and improve existing designs.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience (EAP is a plus).
- Deep knowledge of Demand, Project/Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow core features, CMDB, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools (APIs, Integration Hub).
- Knowledge of Project Management processes, SAFe methodology, Agile/SCRUM.
- Strong documentation and specification writing skills.
Soft Skills & Language Requirements:
- Proactive problem-solver, able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Team player, capable of adapting to diverse audiences (technical & functional teams, management, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills – ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Contract Details & Location:
12-month contract, renewable based on performance.
Location: fully remote.
