Job Description

✅We are looking for someone with Web application development experience and business level Japanese proficiency.


[Conditions]

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Trial period: 3 months
  • Estimated annual income: ¥5M - ¥9M
  • Work location: Full-remote work abailavle
  • Working hours: Flextime system (core time 11:00-16:00)*

*After the probationary period, the system will be switched to the full-flex system.

Holidays: 2 days a week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays (124 days off per year)

Vacation: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other vacations available

[About the Team]

You will join a technology group consisting of approximately 40 engineers.

Development is structured in a matrix system, with multiple engineering teams and project/product teams.

Teams are formed based on areas of responsibility and specific projects, working collaboratively on development.


[Team Responsibilities]

The team is engaged in the design and development of services and products for facility inspection, disaster response, and security monitoring within the industrial infrastructure DX field.

Their responsibilities cover a broad scope, from solution development integrating AI, data, robotics, and software to product development, including both hardware and software.


[Clients]

Major corporations and public organizations in various industries, including:

• Electricity, oil & coal products, steel, transportation, construction, and communications

• Facility maintenance and safety management divisions of major companies

• Local governments, police, and fire departments


[Business Areas]

They develop products that significantly improve inefficiencies in the following areas:

• Equipment Inspection. • Construction Management

• Disaster Response. • Security Monitoring


[Development languages]

node.js, vue, typescript, PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, etc.

(They select technologies according to requirements.)


[Requirements]

• Experience working in development teams of three or more members

• Web application development experience (focus on general engineering skills rather than specific languages or frameworks)

• Knowledge of web technologies

• Experience writing test code

Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above (All internal communication, documentation, and customer support will be conducted in Japanese)
