About The Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Tech & Product, you will play a key role in scaling our tech teams within a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Beyond managing end-to-end recruitment for complex and strategic roles, you will bring an analytical and consultative approach to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategy
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and highly technical IT roles in a
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deeply understand
- Leverage data and recruitment analytics to refine processes and provide actionable
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring an outstanding stakeholder
- Continuously optimize recruitment workflows and implement industry best practices.
- Lead recruitment projects, including company expansion and employer branding
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring engagement at every
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience recruiting for technical roles, ideally
- Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in recruitment metrics and data-driven
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for connecting
