We are looking for an experienced Saqaya expert to assist us in reviewing and screening CVs and conducting interviews for C++ developers. This role is crucial to ensuring we meet our clients' technical requirements and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and screen candidate CVs with a focus on C++ expertise.
- Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills and experience in C++.
- Provide detailed feedback on each candidate based on their alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to shortlist candidates.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Saqaya platform or similar recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of C++ programming language and related technologies.
- Previous experience in conducting technical interviews.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
