We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team and help us continue to attract, retain, and reward top talent!

Responsibilities:

• Development of the company's compensation philosophy
• Development of the grading system
• Alignment of the grading system with the benefits and KPIs systems
• Managing compensation review processes
• Offer approval and coordination with the recruitment team
• Development and implementation of special motivation programs
• Career path creation in collaboration with HRBPs
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in C&B
• Ability to manage high volumes of information while ensuring data confidentiality
• Strong responsibility and forecasting capabilities
• Attentive to details
• Experience working in IT companies with 500+ employees
• Advanced Excel skills (macros are a huge advantage)
• English proficiency at least at an intermediate level
• Understanding of HR workflows
• Experience in benefits administration
• Strong analytical skills
