In this role, you'll take ownership of features from ideation to production, working closely with product and design teams to create intuitive and scalable software solutions.

What You'll Do
- Develop and Deploy: Build and iterate on features quickly, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Work Across the Stack: Develop front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrating them seamlessly.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver impactful features.
- Maintain Quality & Performance: Write clean, maintainable code while ensuring performance and scalability.
- Optimize Development Workflows: Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and best practices.
- Front-End Expertise: Proficiency with React, TypeScript, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
- Back-End Skills: Experience with Python (FastAPI or similar) and building APIs.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with MongoDB or other database technologies.
- Fast Execution: Ability to quickly turn ideas into functional software with an iterative mindset.
- Problem-Solving Approach: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with component libraries and design systems.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, feature toggles, or rapid prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Exposure to AI-powered tools for development.
