Junior WordPress Support – Remote (Must live in Canada)

WP Expert, a leading web design agency specializing in WordPress, is looking for a Junior WordPress Support to join our team! If you’re passionate about WordPress, enjoy helping clients, and want to grow in a flexible and supportive environment, this role is for you.

What We Offer:

✅ Salary: $48,000/year

✅ Insurance: Coverage after 3 months

✅ Remote: Work from anywhere in Canada (+/- 1h from Ottawa)

✅ Flexible Hours: 35h/week

✅ Vacation: 2 weeks per year

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Provide WordPress support for clients (troubleshooting, updates, minor customizations)

🔹 Assist with website maintenance, security checks, and performance optimization

🔹 Help clients with technical questions and guide them through solutions

🔹 Create and customize WordPress websites using themes and page builders

🔹 Work closely with the team to improve processes and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Must live in Canada (within +/- 1h time zone from Ottawa)

✔ English required, bilingual (English & French) preferred

✔ Experience with WordPress (themes, plugins, troubleshooting)

✔ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP

✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
