Role Description
This is a full-time Information Technology Support Engineer role, located on-site in Seoul, South Korea. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services. Daily tasks include system administration, help desk support, and resolving IT issues to ensure smooth operations. The role involves collaborating with other IT professionals and end-users to maintain and enhance IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Information Technology and System Administration
- Experience in Help Desk Support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with diverse IT systems and networks
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
