Job Title: WordPress Developer (Work From Home)
Reporting To: Performance Web Lead
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Schedule: PHT Night Shift 9 PM to 6 AM, M-F

What You’ll Do
- Transform Figma designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs.
- Ensure sites are responsive, fast, and optimized for performance and SEO.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers.
- Troubleshoot bugs, debug issues, and handle ad hoc development tasks as they arise.
- Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience as a front-end WordPress developer with a portfolio to showcase.
- Proficiency with WordPress page builders like Elementor, Oxygen, and Gutenberg.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience working with WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with Photoshop / Figma (or similar design tools) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fit to working the night shift (9 PM–6 AM, PHT).
- Bonus points if you have experience with WordPress theme and plugin development (not required, but a great plus!).
