Frontend Developer

UST is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Angular Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Angular and its ecosystem, capable of leading complex front-end development projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

The project is for 8 months, till the end of 2025.

The candidate needs to work from the office(Dublin) 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Angular
• applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Implement complex UI/UX designs and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provided technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and backend developers to

deliver high-quality solutions.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical
• stakeholders.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and
• retrospectives.
• Work with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify and address bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus

on Angular.

• Proven experience in leading complex Angular projects.
• Experience with Angular CLI, TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend
• services.
• Familiarity with state management patterns (e.g., NgRx, Akita).
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma,
• Cypress).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and progressive web apps (PWAs).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Knowledge of other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Capability to support QA teams with test plans, root cause analysis, and defect fixing
