Your Mission 🚀

As a Senior Team Leader, you will:

✅ Define the vision & roadmap for a state-of-the-art real-time power systems simulation platform.

✅ Build & lead a high-caliber team to develop scalable, high-performance modeling and simulation solutions.

✅ Architect & implement a next-gen simulation engine with microsecond-level accuracy for complex power grids.

✅ Develop distributed simulation capabilities to handle large-scale, multi-domain power system scenarios.

✅ Collaborate with top-tier research institutions & industry leaders to align with the latest advancements.

✅ Drive innovation & quality through agile development and cutting-edge software engineering methodologies.

✅ Represent the company globally at industry events, conferences, and professional forums.

Your Profile 🎯

🔹 Education: PhD or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

🔹 Experience:

• 10+ years in industry or academia (with industrial collaborations).

• Expertise in real-time simulation, power systems modeling, HIL methodologies, and distributed computing.

• Strong background in high-performance computing (HPC), parallel/distributed processing, and software architecture.

• Proven leadership: Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Track record of delivering high-impact technological innovations in energy, power systems, or industrial simulation.

🔹 Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus but not required.
