Creative/UI Designer

We’re looking for a Creative UI Designer to join Heights Digital, a fully remote, fast-paced design agency that partners with climate-tech SaaS startups and high-impact businesses. If you’re passionate about delivering polished, impactful designs while working on innovative projects, this role is for you.

As a Creative UI Designer, you’ll play a vital role in creating visually engaging assets like pitch decks, case studies, marketing materials, email designs, and user interfaces for web and app projects. You’ll work closely with our Lead Designer and collaborate with clients to ensure every design meets their brand guidelines and exceeds their expectations.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Slides, Canva, and other design tools.

• A strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a startup, agency, or freelance environment.

• Excellent communication and organisation skills, thriving in a collaborative, remote work setup.

• Enthusiasm for working with impact-driven clients and contributing to meaningful projects.
