📍 Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (Fully Remote)

📍 Company Headquarter: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

⏳ Work Type: Shift-Based (Thursday to Monday)

📅 Holidays: Tuesday & Wednesday

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nepali time)

• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nepali time)

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Nepali time)

Role Overview:

As an Operational Support System Engineer, you will manage and optimize the OSS platform that powers our EV charging infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, system reliability, and exceptional customer support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Monitor and troubleshoot the OSS platform for optimal performance, uptime, and security.

✔ Provide real-time technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.

✔ Analyze system data to identify and resolve technical issues.

✔ Work closely with field teams, network engineers, and vendors to resolve complex issues.

✔ Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s industry standards and EV regulations.

✔ Maintain detailed logs and reports for future reference.

🔹 Key Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

✔ 1–5 years of experience in OSS management, system support, or technical operations (EV charging experience is a plus). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

✔ Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, shift-based environment.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

✔ Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

✔ Experience with EV charging, IoT systems, and network monitoring tools.

✔ Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and cloud-based systems.

✔ Familiarity with Malaysia’s energy sector and sustainability initiatives.
