Venture Search is partnering with a leading Proprietary Trading Firm to bring on several talented Systematic Portfolio Managers & Traders specializing in Intraday Futures and/or Equities. This is a fully remote, global opportunity for top-tier talent with a proven track record, ready to hit the ground running with an existing strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven Track Record: 3+ years of consistent returns with a strong Sharpe ratio
• Equity Derivatives Expertise: Extensive experience in trading intraday equities or futures
• Quantitative Background: Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) from a top-tier university in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or other relevant languages.
• Alpha Generation: Ability to develop and refine systematic trading strategies with a focus on risk-adjusted returns
• English fluency
