Flutter Developer – U.S. POS Project (Remote)

Founded in 2013, PalomaPOS serves the U.S. market and is built on a decade of experience in restaurant automation. We are one of the top three POS providers in Kazakhstan, and now we’re scaling rapidly in the U.S.

Our solution is cross-platform, running on Android, iOS, Web, and Windows, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team and help build and maintain our next-generation POS system for the U.S. restaurant market.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Flutter, BLoC, Clean Architecture, SQLite, and experience in POS software development. This is a full-time, remote position where you will collaborate with a team passionate about innovation and high-quality software.

✔️ Develop new features and enhancements for PalomaPOS.

✔️ Architect and implement scalable solutions using Flutter, BLoC, Clean Architecture, and SQLite.

✔️ Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

✔️ Ensure high performance, stability, and security of the application.

✔️ Review code to maintain best practices, optimize performance, and ensure maintainability.

✔️ Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and restaurant industry-specific solutions.

✔️ Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprints and technical discussions.

✔️ Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation.

✅ 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3+ years using Flutter.

✅ Strong knowledge of BLoC, Clean Architecture, and SQLite.

✅ Hands-on experience in POS system development and a deep understanding of restaurant industry requirements.

✅ Experience integrating payment gateways, third-party APIs, and hardware components (printers, kiosks, etc.).

✅ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions.

✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

✅ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

➕ Experience with cross-platform performance optimization in Flutter.

➕ Understanding of backend principles to work effectively with backend teams.

➕ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
