🚀 Hiring: Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to join a multinational and distributed team working on diverse projects across various domains. If you are passionate about analyzing business needs, defining clear requirements, and collaborating with development teams, this role is for you!
📍 Location: Remote from Ukraine (Relocation to Budapest is a plus)
- Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 Gross (Relocation Package: 1M-2M HUF Gross)
- Contract: B2B
- Work Schedule: 10:00 – 19:00 (Ukraine Time Zone)
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Define Product Vision: Identify business needs and translate them into valuable solutions
- Gather & Document Requirements: Collect and analyze functional & non-functional requirements from stakeholders
- Create & Maintain Documentation: Prepare detailed user stories, use case scenarios, and requirement specifications (Plain Text, UML, BPMN)
- Collaborate with UI/UX Teams: Conduct UX analysis and develop wireframes (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Bridge the Gap Between Business & Development: Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and the development team
- Support Project Delivery: Assist project and product managers in delivering high-quality services
✅ What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT
- Upper-Intermediate+ English (written & verbal)
- Strong knowledge of BA tasks & techniques (BABOK v3)
- Understanding of SDLC & software development methodologies
- Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Good knowledge of UI/UX design principles & wireframing tools (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq)
- Basic knowledge of client-server architecture, network protocols, API, and mobile platforms
- Experience working in distributed & multinational teams
🌟 Nice-to-Have:
- Technical/software development background
- Experience in pre-sales activities as a BA or Sales Manager
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence & requirement engineering standards
- Knowledge of various business domains
