Software Engineer (SDN)

We are currently supporting a rapidly-growing deep tech start-up based in Amsterdam. They are working on developing a cutting-edge, ultra-secure CPU and are seeking an experienced Software Defined Networking Engineer.

You would play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining their SDN solution, and so we are seeking an individual with a solid understanding of networking principles and virtualization.

This is a full-time role, and we can offer relocation and visa support where applicable.

The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:

• BSc minimum in Computer Engineering / CS or similar.
• 3+ years experience working with SDN technologies.
• Excellent understanding of networking protocols and standards including Ethernet, TCP / IP, UDP.
• Familiarity with SDN concepts and technologies including OpenFlow and P4.
• Solid programming ability in C, C++, Python.
• Experience with OpenDaylight or Open Networking OS would be desirable.
