🔹 Location: Lisbon (Remote)
🔹 Sector: Public Sector
🎯 What are we looking for?
✔ At least 5 years of experience in managing software development projects
✔ Higher education (Pre-Bologna degree or Integrated Master’s) in IT, Computer Engineering, or Management
✔ Experience with MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
✔ Solid knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PM2)
✔ Fluent Portuguese speaker (native, but not necessarily from Portugal)
🎓 Certifications (at least 3 of the following):
📌 PM2 - Project Management Methodology (Basic, Essentials, Advanced, or Expert)
📌 PM2 Agile Certification
📌 PMP - Project Management Professional
📌 IPMA Level C or D
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage PRR projects, both internal and external
🔹 Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the execution of Information Systems projects
🔹 Use MS Project to validate reports and track project progress
🔹 Monitor compliance, identify risks, and propose solutions
🔹 Prepare periodic reports and participate in technical meetings
