Our client is a world class innovative leader for the development of ML/AI-driven simulation & optimization software (SaaS product) for the biopharma sector, delivering advanced boundary pushing predictive technology to enhance biopharma process development & manufacturing.

Their vision is to empower process engineers & scientists to experiment in order to simulate, optimize, & monitor process conditions during both process development & the manufacturing of biological drugs.

To support their dynamic growth they are now seeking outstanding ML/MLOps Engineers to deploy, scale, and optimize machine learning models in production. Work at the intersection of AI, biotech, and cloud computing to power the future of biopharma process development.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Work on cutting-edge ML and MLOps solutions that will transform the biopharma sector

✅ Deploy and optimize ML & hybrid models for real-world applications

✅ Build scalable data pipelines, automate workflows, advancing biopharma process

development through digitalization.

✅ Develop CI/CD & MLOps solutions for seamless model deployment

✅ Collaborate closely with biopharma experts & engineers to integrate AI into

production

✅ Technical Innovation & Research-explore/apply cutting-edge techniques, including

hybrid models, reinforcement learning & transfer learning, to address biopharma

challenges.

✅ Stay at the forefront of MLOps and ML research to implement best practices and drive

innovation.

✅ Document workflows, pipelines, and model architectures to ensure reproducibility and

knowledge transfer

✅ Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders across technical &

business teams

Your Skills/Experience:

✔ Strong Python & ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, JAX)

✔ Experience/familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) &

containerzation tools(eg Docker & Kubernetes)

✔ Experience in deploying and managing ML models in production environments.

✔ Experience building and managing scalable data pipelines with tools like Apache

Spark, Airflow, or equivalent

✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills to tackle complex technical

challenges

✔ Passion for AI innovation, automation & cutting-edge ML techniques

✔Any knowledge/experience of explainable AI (XAI) for interpretable models beneficial (not essential)
