Responsibilities
- Define & Execute the Tech Vision: Architect, build, and scale a robust AI-powered platform.
- Fullstack Development Leadership: Lead hands-on development across the stack (React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS) while laying the foundation for a high-performing tech team.
- AI & Automation: Leverage the latest AI models and automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance product capabilities.
- Product & Business Alignment: Work closely with the founding team to translate business goals into scalable technology.
- Recruit & Lead the Engineering Team: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team as the company scales.
- Scalability & Security: Implement best practices for infrastructure, data security, and DevOps.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of tech trends and introduce innovative solutions to enhance development efficiency.
- Experience: 7+ years in software development, with experience leading projects or teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong skills in fullstack development with React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & ML Experience: Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, NLP, data pipelines, or automation tools is a plus.
- Startup Mindset: Passion for building from scratch, thriving in ambiguity, and executing with speed.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to build and inspire a technical team while aligning with business strategy.
