Packimpex, a leader in the relocation industry, is looking for a Regional Sales Lead to drive business growth and develop key accounts across Europe.
About the Role
As the Regional Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities whilst increasing our market presence.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and targeted outreach.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Proactively engage with potential clients, schedule meetings, and nurture sales opportunities
- Represent Packimpex at industry events and HR conventions.
- Work closely with the leadership team to craft winning proposals and close deals.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales and business development experience (within Relocation, Destination Services, or Global Mobility is a plus!).
- Digitally savvy – comfortable using LinkedIn and CRM tools.
- A natural communicator with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and ready to own your success.
- Fluent English (bonus points for other languages!).
