We would like to invite you to cooperate on the development of industrial automation products. We focus on complete product development and integration across the entire automation system. We are currently seeking C (and partly C++) software developers interested in contributing to the PROFINET communication protocol development
Your task will be:
- reviewing and improvement of existing powertrain test scenarios
- development in one of the lower layers of PROFINET in C language
- supporting the latest hardware features for higher software layers of PROFINET
- testing implementation on development boards (under Windows/Linux)
- writing tests for new functionality in C++ language
- automation of deploy, run, and test processes during development (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- working with Git locally and on GitHub platform
- code review within the team
- work and communication in an agile environment
- solid knowledge of C language in embedded software development
- basic knowledge of C++ language (for writing tests)
- basic knowledge of working with Git and GitHub
- basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- willingness to work in a team
- excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and curiosity
- intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
