UI/UX Designer

Clay is a vendor-ready B2B2C/B2B2B platform that assists companies in launching marketplaces seamlessly to tap into new opportunities.

We're looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our fully remote team. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into seamless designs.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation meets specifications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

- Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.

- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability 1 to work independently and remotely.  

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with motion design or animation.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience in working with API design documentation.
