Data Development Manager

TechDelivery is looking for a Data Development Manager, Relocation to Barcelona with Visa Sponsorship, to lead technology vendors and ensure the proper implementation of data management solutions within a highly collaborative and challenging environment.

As a Data Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing technology providers responsible for developing and maintaining the data management technologies used across the company's systems. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

• Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the business owner and data architect.
• Analyze use cases provided by the business owner to estimate the required work.
• Validate technical proposals delivered by the data architect.
• Oversee vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – Mandatory.
• More than 8 years of experience in an IT management role.
• Over 10 years of experience in technical roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing both internal and external development teams.

• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Databricks
• Storage Accounts
• Azure SQL Servers
• Azure Functions
• Azure App Services

• Familiarity with:
• Azure Synapse
• Azure Fabric
