This is a rare opportunity to to spearhead transformative AI/ML initiatives, lead industry breakthroughs and make an undeniable impact in one of the most dynamic tech environments within Southeast Asia.

What you will do:

• Lead and own machine learning and deep learning initiatives that power smarter customer journeys and next generation products.
• Build, scale and commercialise advanced models, from recommendation engines to predictive analytics.
• Be at the heart of AI innovation by working cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product and BI teams.
• Set the pace for the industry, mentor top talent and push boundaries in Data Science and AI development.
• Fine tune deep learning models that drive efficiency and create tangible business value.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies and lead the way in implementing cutting edge AI solutions.

What’s already expected:

• Expert, Master or Grandmaster Kaggle status is a minimum requirement for this position
• 6+ years of ML/AI technical experience, working closely with engineering, product and business teams.
• Proven success in deploying AI/ML models that deliver measurable cost savings.
• Mastery of Python, R, SQL and cloud-based ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Data Science, AI and BI techniques.
• Experience applying deep learning in technology markets or large-scale business operations.
• Agile mindset, strong leadership and a true passion for solving real world ML/AI challenges.
