Database Developer & Automation Specialist (relocation to Belgium)

We are looking for a talented Database Developer & Automation Specialist who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Eligibility: Please note that only EU Citizens are eligible to apply for this position.

Duties & Role

• Develop and configure Grafana, PowerBI, and SSRS reports for database monitoring and configuration management.
• Design and implement tools to automate database administration tasks.
• Create dynamic reports addressing database management system issues and providing actionable insights.
• Design standard reports and establish automation policies for efficient database management.
• Maintain up-to-date software lifecycle (roadmap) management of database products.
• Perform routine installation, reconfiguration, and backups of databases in both on-premises and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Microsoft reporting technologies such as PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS, and visualization tools like Grafana.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database Server.
• Proven experience in database migration from on-premises to cloud environments.
• In-depth understanding of advanced architectures for High Availability and Disaster Recovery, including server clustering and virtual infrastructures.
