Project Manager / Business Analyst (relocation to Belgium)
Job Description
We are looking for a talented Project Manager/Business Analyst who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.
As a Project Manager/Business Analyst within the CCE-I Tribe (Digital Channels & Customer Experience for the Individual Market), your role is to ensure continuous stakeholder value creation throughout the agile life cycle by:
- Bringing expertise and coordination to the Epic study and refinement process, gathering, understanding, and challenging the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Consolidating and standardizing stakeholder needs into clear input for delivery teams, while accounting for technical and process constraints.
- Safeguarding end-to-end value of the delivered solution to meet business objectives.
Accountabilities
- Collect, challenge, and consolidate pain points and needs from a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, gaining deep subject matter expertise.
- Collaborate closely with relevant experts to support and challenge the definition of the product concept, detailed processes, and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
- Work with external and internal end-users, alongside the UX researcher, to identify, validate, and confirm needs and pain points to support the (Cluster) Product Owner.
- Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept and supporting the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement.
- Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features under your responsibility.
- Collaborate with the (Squad) Product Owner and development teams during Feature refinement to ensure they have all required information.
- Provide support during business and user testing, assisting in the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where required.
- Support the Change Manager and Go-To-Market Manager in preparing change management and market launch activities.
- Monitor the success of new solutions based on KPIs, identify areas of improvement, and propose enhancements to be added to the backlog.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience with Business Analysis methods and techniques, including:
- Elicitation techniques
- Impact mapping
- Story mapping
- Design thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and software testing principles.
