Cloud/Network Support (Level 1/2)

Full-time position

Australia day shift schedule

Permanent remote work

Independent contractor role

Responsibilties:

✔️ Provide Level 1/2 support via phone & email, resolving technical issues.

✔️ Support Office 365, On-Premise solutions, and Azure environments.

✔️ Troubleshoot and configure firewalls, switches, and servers.

✔️ Monitor IT systems, respond to alerts, and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

🔹 2-3 years of cloud/network support experience.

🔹 Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory.

🔹 Hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, VLANs, and server management.

🔹 Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.

🔹 Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or networking certs are a plus!
