Job Description
Role Summary:
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for a variety of tasks related to human resources, such as recruiting and hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the marketing agency has a talented and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and hiring: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
- Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding programs to help new employees get up to speed quickly and effectively.
- Performance management: Set performance goals and expectations with employees, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Compensation and benefits: Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and health insurance.
- Employee relations: Resolve employee complaints and issues, investigate workplace incidents, and mediate disputes.
- Training and development: Develop and deliver training programs to employees, identify training needs, and track employee development.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with related software (Jibble)

Remuneration Package
Salary Package - NGN 120,000 - NGN 150,000 + Medical Cover + Leave Allowance + Pension
Probationary Period - 3 Months
Location - Fully Remote
