About the Role

This isn’t just another backend engineering job. As a key early team member, you’ll architect and define from first principles the most advanced real-time trading data platform on Solana. You will design and own the core infrastructure powering our on-chain trading platform, solving some of the hardest challenges in real-time blockchain data processing, enabling our clients with realtime insights on a level of depth never achieved before.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Architect, build, and manage high-performance blockchain data pipelines

✔ Optimize terabyte-scale infrastructure with ClickHouse

✔ Engineer ultra-low-latency data ingestion using Kafka / NATS Jetstream

✔ Optimize queries with caching, indexing, and materialized views

✔ Own and maintain Solana RPC nodes for real-time transaction processing

✔ Develop a historical data import pipeline for 1PB+ of Solana data

✔ Shape the architecture & strategy for long-term scalability

Must-Have Expertise

✔ Experience with high-throughput real-time data systems

✔ Expert-level Node.js & TypeScript skills

✔ Deep expertise in ClickHouse (or similar OLAP DBs) & terabyte-scale data handling

✔ Proven ability to work independently, own systems, and drive technical decisions

✔ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

✔ Experience designing low-latency distributed systems (Kafka, NATS, or similar)
