Eligibility Requirements
- Educational Background: PhD degree required. Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their PhD from a QS Top 100 university.
- Work Experience: At least five (5) years of postdoctoral work experience. Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in senior positions at universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D teams (not a strict requirement).
- Research Focus: STEM fields preferred (AI, Big data, AIoT is a plus).
- Achievements: Demonstrated scientific or technical contributions in your field, with the potential to become a leading talent.
- Residency Criteria: Applicants must not have returned to China to work full-time or must have returned to China to work after January 1, 2024.
