🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Backend Engineering Expertise: 3+ years of experience in backend development with strong skills in Python, Java, or Node.js and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• AI & ML Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning models, NLP techniques, and model deployment in production environments. Experience working with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face is a plus.
• Scalable System Design: Experience designing and maintaining high-availability, low-latency backend systems handling large-scale AI-driven workloads.
• API & Microservices Architecture: Hands-on experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, gRPC, and distributed systems to support AI pipelines and customer interactions.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience working with AWS, GCP, or Azure, with knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI models and backend services.
• Data Engineering & Processing: Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka) and experience in optimizing ML inference pipelines.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to troubleshoot AI model performance issues, optimize backend services, and contribute to scalable AI infrastructure.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to build AI-powered solutions.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work in the US time zone (night shift in Pakistan) to collaborate with a global team.
