Order to Cash Director (O2C / OTC) - SaaS

MY CLIENT: A high-growth VC-backed SaaS data analytics company, is looking for an OTC Director. Headquartered in Spain, the company specializes in AI-driven insights for financial institutions. Backed by $30M+ in funding from top-tier investors, it has been expanding rapidly, offering a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can make a real impact.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to create and shape the OTC function from the ground up in a company that is scaling and professionalizing its operations. You will be responsible for:

✅ Defining the OTC strategy and ensuring its alignment with the company’s growth plans.
✅ Building processes, policies, and documentation to structure the function effectively.
✅ Getting hands-on in implementation, setting up workflows, and optimizing cash collection.
✅ Leading process creation and automation of Billing and Collection tools, including: SAP, Subscription Management System, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces, In-house dev tools
✅ Collaborating cross-functionally with GTM Operations, Product Management & Engineering, and IT to enhance the customer experience and streamline Order-to-Cash processes.
✅ Partnering with the CFO to drive financial efficiency and reporting.
✅ Growing and leading a team as the function scales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 10+ years of experience in billing within a high-growth SaaS or Software environment.


• Proficiency in: Salesforce, Subscription Management Systems, SAP (or similar systems)


• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Spanish proficiency is desirable.

Conditions

• Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 + benefits


• Work Arrangement: Hybrid model


• Relocation Package: Yes, including a corporate apartment for the first few weeks
