👉 What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for a highly motivated #releasemanage

👉 Requirements:

📌 5+ years’ experience managing end-to-end software releases, including coordination across development, QA, DevOps, and product teams.

📌 Proven ability to define, maintain, and improve release management processes, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.

📌 Hands-on experience managing release pipelines in CI/CD environments using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar.

📌 Strong expertise in risk management, including identifying potential release blockers, managing rollback strategies, and driving incident resolution through war rooms.

📌 Experience implementing release governance frameworks, including clear release checklists, approval gates, and post-release retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

📌 Effective communicator with strong written documentation skills, capable of creating and maintaining release notes, status reports, and executive summaries for stakeholders.

📌 Bilingual - Fluent in English (C1+) and Spanish
