What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proficiency in Scala, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of JSON and MySQL for effective data management and exchange
- Solid expertise in Front-End frameworks, particularly Vue.js, to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces
- Deep background in client-server and internet system architectures, coupled with hands-on experience in developing and maintaining high-performance systems
- Demonstrated experience working with various relational database management systems to optimize data integrity and performance
- Develop well-structured, reusable code and apply best practices across multiple programming languages
- Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset for setting priorities and driving projects forward
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and foster collaboration among team members
- Ability to think critically about software architecture and user experience to deliver seamless applications
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours technical support as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Location: Remote work from anywhere in Mexico
- Eligibility: Fluent English speakers who are legal residents or locals (direct full-time employment)
- Contract Type: Direct hire with an indefinite contract
