Role Overview

We are looking for a *Business Systems Analyst* with a strong background in *DevOps* to join a high-profile project. This role will require deep collaboration with various stakeholders, team leadership, and innovative problem-solving to support key business operations and technology integration. You will also leverage your expertise in *Agile Project Management, Azure DevOps (ADO), and/or JIRA* to deliver effective business solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Analyze business models, processes, and systems, ensuring efficient integration with technology.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.

Develop innovative strategies to optimize business operations.

Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for multiple teams, helping with key decisions.

Design, implement, and manage DevOps solutions.

Utilize expert-level knowledge in Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide insights to drive improvements.

Lead Agile projects using frameworks such as Scrum.

Required Skills & Experience

Business Analysis (5+ years)

DevOps experience as a Business Analyst (5+ years)

Agile Project Management (5+ years)

Expertise with ADO/JIRA (5+ years)

Nice to Have Skills

*Certification in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis (BA/BSA)*

*Cloud* experience, particularly with solutions such as Azure or AWS

Familiarity with *Fiserv Finxact Solutions and Banking Operations*
