Chief Technology Officer

Position: Chief Technology Officer, reporting to the CEO and Co-Founders

• Fully Remote (Asia or Europe)

What you’ll be doing:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to align with business goals in the iGaming sector.
• Drive the roadmap for game development and platform scalability to support both B2C and B2B operations.

Game Development Oversight

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge iGaming products, including casino games and aggregators.
• Ensure games meet regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction standards.

Platform Development

• Architect and implement a robust, scalable, and secure platform to offer B2B services, including game hosting, API integrations, and white-label solutions.
• Drive innovation in user experience, payment processing, and back-end operations.

Team Leadership & Talent Management

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing tech team across multiple geographies.
• Leverage talent arbitrage opportunities in Asia to access cost-effective, high-quality development resources.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Technology Stack Management

• Evaluate and implement appropriate technology stacks to meet scalability and performance needs.
• Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and blockchain, for competitive differentiation.

Budgeting & Cost Optimization

• Manage the technology budget efficiently, balancing innovation with cost control.
• Optimize development cycles and operational costs by strategically outsourcing and leveraging global talent pools.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ experience as a CTO or 7+ as a senior technical leader ideally within a slot developer, game aggreggator or other B2B solutions within the online gaming industry. 
• Strong knowledge of RNG systems and game engine development.
• Deep understanding of technology stacks commonly used in gaming, including server architecture, cloud solutions (AWS), and real-time data management.
• Experience with building teams in Asia, a mentor with a track record of fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Adept at tackling complex challenges and finding innovative, scalable solutions.
• Able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams with clear, concise communication.
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with operational execution.
