Software Onboarding Engineer - API Integration

Stelfox is partnering with a SaaS Platform provider who integrate with global enterprise organisations in the fintech space.

We are looking to hire a Software/SaaS Onboarding engineer who can work with customers during the API integration process to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition between B2B systems.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to resolve any application / API or software issues either during integration or post-live production.
• Solid grounding with API's (REST, JSON)
• Documenting and improving the knowledge base for future reuse via Confluence or other tools
• Collaborating between internal teams (engineering, customer success, product) and external customers.

Requirements

• A third level degree, Master or equivalent in Computer Science, IT or similar.
• 1-3 years commercial experience in a Software/Application / Product onboarding or support role facing off with customers on a daily basis.
• Technical foundation in web technologies, APIs, Data integration is preferred.
• Customer facing skills and strong communication skills are required.
