Role Overview

As a Dynamics 365 CE Analyst Programmer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions for customer requirements in Dynamics 365 CE. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and onshore/offshore development teams to create scalable, best-in-class solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CE extensions including plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and APIs.

• Work on D365CE Configuration, Customisation, including standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical expertise.

• Develop integration solutions between D365CE and third-party legacy systems using Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.

• Participate in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies based on project requirements.

• Follow best practices for .Net Development, source control, unit testing, and build processes.

• Work on Power Platform stack, including Power Apps & Power Automate.

• Utilise Azure DevOps for source control, build, and release pipeline configuration.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in D365CE development and customisation.

• Strong expertise in .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and APIs for Dynamics 365 CE.

• Experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS), Power BI, SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.

• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model & Common Data Service.

• Experience in data migration and integration tools such as KingswaySoft or Scribe.

• Ability to work with offshore and nearshore development teams.

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
