Senior Dynamics 365 Test Engineer (relocation to Belgium)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Engineer with expertise in Dynamics 365 who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Belgium.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and challenging environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of Dynamics 365 applications through manual and automated testing.

The department consists of 3 project-oriented squads with approximately 10 team members per squad. Projects include maintenance on production solutions, large-scale new projects, and updates to existing applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test scenarios and test cases, collaborating with developers and analysts.
• Execute both manual (20%) and automated tests (80%), ensuring functionality and performance.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and test frameworks to streamline processes.
• Analyze testing processes, report findings, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Communicate test results, progress, and quality insights to team leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure all tests are performed in appropriate environments while managing timelines and reporting progress.

Technical Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with SOAP protocols, a key requirement for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software testing roles, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in regression tests, automation, and good documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Fluent English

Preferred Expertise (Must have experience with 2+ topics):

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement: Proficiency with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Sales Process Automation: Testing workflows, leads, and sales forecasting in Dynamics 365.
• Integration Testing: Knowledge of API integrations and data migrations for Dynamics 365.
• Mobile and Offline Testing: Testing Dynamics 365 mobile app functionality and offline capabilities.
• Test Automation Frameworks: Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or Dynamics 365 Test Automation Suite.
