About Us:


Feature Digital is a dynamic marketing company specializing in SEO, PPC, social media ads, and affiliate marketing. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on HR documentation, employee relations, and team engagement to support our global remote workforce.


Role Overview:

We’re seeking an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience who can manage HR operations efficiently, ensure proper documentation, and foster a supportive work environment. Your role will involve handling employee relations, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and team meetings to enhance productivity and team cohesion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Documentation & Compliance:Maintain and update HR policies, employment agreements, and company handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and remote work best practices.
  • Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, and performance review processes.
  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:Address employee concerns with a structured and solutions-driven approach.

    • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate workplace issues as needed.
    • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies across the company.
  • Employee Engagement & Meetings:Organize and lead monthly team meetings to promote alignment and engagement.

    • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to discuss challenges and career growth.
    • Foster a positive work environment through employee recognition and engagement initiatives.


    Operational & Strategic HR Support:Support management in performance evaluations and career development planning.

    • Assist with recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
    • Collaborate with leadership to improve internal HR processes and workflows.


    Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and compliance for remote teams.
    • Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team engagement.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining HR records.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a global team.
