We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft beautiful, intuitive experiences that define how gamers interact, engage and build communities.

As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the design vision of our gaming social platform. You’ll collaborate closely with our Art Director, engineers and senior leadership to craft an immersive, user-centric experience that redefines how gamers connect, engage and build communities.

About the Role

As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll take ownership of our platform’s design strategy and execution. You will:

Lead Design Strategy – Define and drive the UI/UX vision, shaping a seamless experience across web and mobile.

Craft Engaging Experiences – Translate gamer behavior into intuitive, gamified and interactive designs that enhance social interaction and community engagement.

Own the Design Lifecycle – Manage everything from user research and wireframing to prototyping, testing and final execution.

Ensure Brand & UX Consistency – Develop a cohesive visual identity that aligns across the platform, gaming elements and social features.

Enhance Usability & Navigation – Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes to optimize engagement and ensure a frictionless experience.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with developers and product teams to bring designs to life without compromising usability.

Refine & Iterate – Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, analytics and usability testing.

What You’ll Bring

Proven Expertise – A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (preferably in gaming, social or interactive media).

Full-Cycle Design Skills – Experience leading projects from concept to launch.

Prototyping Prowess – Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD or similar tools to create interactive prototypes.

Exceptional Collaboration – Ability to work closely with developers, product managers and community teams.

User-Centric Mindset – Strong user research skills, with an understanding of player psychology and engagement mechanics.

Visual Design Mastery – A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and creating immersive UI experiences.

Bonus Points

Experience designing for gaming or social platforms.

Familiarity with gamification principles and reward systems.

Motion graphics & 3D experience – Knowledge of After Effects, Cinema4D or similar tools.

Startup experience (fast-paced, high-impact environments).

Passion for gaming and deep understanding of gamer culture.
