Neulinx has partnered with a female-led startup on a mission to support new parents through a thriving online marketplace. Following rapid growth, they are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong Ruby on Rails experience to drive the next phase of their product development.

What Youβll Do
- Develop and maintain a consumer-facing marketplace and provider SaaS booking system.
- Implement and maintain UI standards for a seamless user experience.
- Manage integrations (payments, email, business partners).
- Optimise performance and improve data pipelines for business analytics.
What Weβre Looking For
- Ruby on Rails expertise (must-have).
- Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working across the full stack, from UI to database.
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of their work.
- Strong advocate for clean, test-covered code.
- Agile experience and ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
Nice to Have
- Consumer-facing web or mobile app experience.
- Online payments (Stripe).
- Mentoring or leadership experience.
- Hybrid native app development.
Tech Stack
- Backend: Ruby on Rails, Hotwire, Postgres, Sidekiq
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Infrastructure: Heroku, GitHub, CircleCI, Scout APM
- Tools: Jira, Basecamp
Salary & Hours
π° Β£55-65k (pro-rata for part-time).
π Flexible β full-time or part-time (min. 25 hrs/week).
