Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented French-speaking Product Owner to join our dynamic product team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our digital products, ensuring they align with both business objectives and user needs. As a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, your fluency in French will be essential in communicating effectively with our French-speaking clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to enhance the user experience.
• Ensure product compliance with French market regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Experience in digital products, software development, or e-commerce is a plus.
